Aressco remote technical support

How it works

  1. Call us. Your Aressco technician will give you a one‑time 9‑digit connection code.
  2. Enter the code below. Click Connect. You may be prompted to download a small helper app.
  3. Grant permission. With your consent, we can view your screen and (if you approve) control mouse and keyboard.
  4. You’re in control. You can end the session at any time. The helper app is removed when finished.

For best results, use a desktop or laptop with a stable internet connection.
